Comprehensive genomic profiling (CGP) is an effective approach to investigate genomic and transcriptomic alterations, but one major challenge in adopting CGP in biomarker research and clinical trials is the scarcity and poor quality of clinical specimens. Discovery Life Sciences has developed a proprietary CGP pipeline that overcomes this challenge and enables interrogation of low quantity, canonically difficult sample types such as small clinical formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections and core needle biopsies (CNB).
