When registering for the BioStore, you will receive an email from Discovery Life Sciences. Click on the link in the body of the e-mail to proceed to registration.

Discovery Life Sciences enforces MFA to access the BioStore as an additional security measure for our customers. 

You will be asked to utilize the Salesforce Authenticator by default, though you are also able to use the Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator app. If you choose to use the Salesforce Authenticator, follow the instructions on screen when registering.

If you choose to utilize a different authenticator app, follow the directions below.

1.    If you already have Salesforce Authenticator, you can enter your two word phrase here.
2.    If you prefer to use the Google or Microsoft Authenticator, select the “Choose Another Verification Method” link.

3.    Select the “Use verification codes from an authenticator app” radio button.

4.    Follow the instructions on screen, and then enter your Verification Code, and select Connect.

5.    Refresh or re-open the Authenticator app that you just connected, and enter in the verification code that is displayed

6.    You will be required to enter and confirm a password for your BioStore account. Select Change Password after this, and you will be taken to the Discovery BioStore.
