Product: The National Association of Securities Dealer’s Automated Examination Module System (AEM). This custom software allows NASD Examiners to plan, conduct, analyze, and report findings of routine audit examinations of brokerage firms. This program, is used on both laptop and desktop personal computers, replaces approximately 40 pounds of paper-based documentation and numerous manual analytical and reporting activities.

Award: International Society for Performance Improvement’s 1995 Award of Excellence for the Outstanding New Systematic Application Award.

Product: Mainframe-based performance support system (PSS) for an online freight claims system, developed for Canadian National Railroad. The PSS includes interactive CBT, online help, and online reference materials.
